Full flavoured, bold and dark, this is a traditional Espresso roast, smooth nutty body with a slight dark chocolate aftertaste using 15% Robusta beans for an authentic Italian intensity.

Rio Santa Maria - Swiss Water Decaffeinated | Origin: Brazil

Varietal: Caturra, Typica

Notes: Cocoa/Nuts/Molasses

Using the more natural Swiss Water decaffeination method (no chemicals used), we retain all the great coffee taste but without the side effects that caffeine can bring.  Rio Santa Maria is a slightly darker than medium roast and brings a rich cocoa element to the cup.

Bagawan Solo - Old Brown Java | Origin: Indonesia

Varietal: Typica

Notes: Woody/Rich/Tobacco/Nutty

Slow roasted to a medium temperature, this sundried Typica brew exudes a rich tobacco and nutty like body and a mild woody aroma. Kick back and remember those Javanese chimes.
