A Rainforest Alliance certified coffee managed by the Daterra co-operative in Brazil. A medium roast with lovely mellow acidity of peaches and pears. Rich notes of chocolate with hints of almonds and syrup.

Notes: Lime/Honey/Chocolate
Due to the cultivation altitude, this coffee grows a slow pace giving it time to develop acidity and sugars. During the roasting process, it is brought close to a medium roast to compliment the citrus acidity but at a high roasting temperature to produce a chocolate body.
