Shipping Policy

Free delivery is to UK only and is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note: To qualify for this, you must have spent £25.00 after any discount is applied.

Here at Idle River Coffee, we want your coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. We check and print our orders every morning and make up our schedule accordingly. 

Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate when you order so that we can get your items out to you as quickly as possible.

Roasted Coffee Shipping Service: 

UK Parcels up to 2kg will are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service (£3.20); the price will be calculated during checkout.

UK Parcels between 2 kg to 5kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Service (£8.99). 

UK Delivery is FREE for order value over £25.00 (excluding discounts or special offers). 

Local Delivery is Free to DN22 Postcodes for orders over £12.00

Please note, courier companies may increase charges to non Mainland UK destinations.

We can offer clients a next day delivery service and non UK mainland orders by courier at an extra charge. Prior to ordering, please contact us to request pricing for this service:  by emailing (info@idlerivercoffee.com) for more information.  

Deliveries to Channel Islands and Isle Of Man may also undergo Customs Inspection that can cause delays and additional charges.
